A traditional Maharashtrian preparationmade from gluten-free flattened rice, cooked with sauteed onions, curry leaves, coriander and green chillies. The flavour is a delicate balance of spices and herbs. All our products have a shelf life of six months.
HOW TO USE
Prep Time - 1 Minute Cook Time - 12 Minutes Total Time - 13 Minutes Serves - 6 People
Empty packet (200g) in a pressure cooker or cooktop kadhai and add 750ml boiling water.
If using a pressure cooker put on high heat for 4 whistles. Put on low heat for 2-3 minutes & open lid after pressure is released.
If using a cooktop kadhai, cover and cook for 11-12 minutes stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh tadka.
